
Dr. Rafi graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a PhD in School Psychology. With a deep expertise in special education services and school systems, she brings extensive experience in psychological assessments across the lifespan, from infancy to young adulthood. This includes evaluations for neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and Autism, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, developmental disorders, and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders.
Also specializing in therapy-related services for children and their families, Dr. Rafi has worked with diverse demographics in a variety of settings. This experience is complemented by an APA-accredited internship at The Children’s Center in Utah, where she honed her therapeutic skills by providing high-quality psychological services to children who experienced trauma, as well as support and parent training to their family members.
Dr. Rafi is passionate about assisting families and children from all backgrounds, aiming to offer clarity and effective strategies to support their needs. She is offering counseling services to a limited number of clients, as well as specialized services for families requiring additional support in the school setting, including school observations, IEP support, and educational advocacy.
